F1012-2 Induced ROS-Mediated DNA Damage Response through Activation of MAPK Pathway in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

<div>F1012-2 induces DNA damage <i>in vivo</i>. (a) The effect of F1012-2 on body weight changes in acute toxicity of mice. (b) The transplanted tumor nude mice were intraperitoneally treated with F1012-2 (15 mg/kg) every other day. After 20 days, the tumor was taken out and photographed.
