[Retracted] Agomelatine Softens Depressive-Like Behavior through the Regulation of Autophagy and Apoptosis

Experimental schedule. Mice were treated for a total of 4 weeks with agomelatine, fluoxetine, or saline. After 4 weeks of treatment, animals underwent a battery of tests relevant to depression. All groups were sacrificed on the same day. Tissues were harvested for further analysis. CRS: chronic restraint stress; OFT: open field test; FST: forced swimming test; SPT: sucrose preference test.
