Exercise Reduces Morphine-Induced Hyperalgesia and Antinociceptive Tolerance

IT injection of SB203580 10 μg prevented morphine-induced hyperalgesia in the (a) hot-plate test and (b) tail-flick test. Morphine 30 mg/kg was injected daily, and behavior tests were performed 1 h before morphine subcutaneous injection. On 7th day, SB203580 10 μg was IT injected and behavior tests were performed. IT: intrathecal. “a” denotes the statistically significant difference compared to the saline group, and “b” denotes the statistically significant difference compared to the saline+morphine group.
