Canine Natural Killer Cell-Derived Exosomes Exhibit Antitumor Activity in a Mouse Model of Canine Mammary Tumor

Effects of canine NK-exosomes on tumor progression in a mammary tumor model (a, b) REM134 cells () induced tumor initiation and obvious tumor formation and progression in BALB/c nude mice. After 2 weeks, xenograft mice carrying REM134 were once intratumorally and twice intravenously injected with NK-exosomes each week. Body weight and tumor size of mice were monitored each week until 8 weeks. (c) Tumor tissues from the mammary fat pad were dissected and weighed at 8 weeks.
