[Retracted] Astragalin Protects against Spinal Cord Ischemia Reperfusion Injury through Attenuating Oxidative Stress-Induced Necroptosis

Schematic diagram for the protective effect and cellular mechanisms of astragalin in SCI/R. Oxidative stress is triggered after spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury, thus leading to the devastating cellular endpoints: necroptosis, which stimulates the inflammation. However, astragalin administration, like necrostatin-1, could reduce oxidative stress and the downstream cellular necroptosis, resulting in relief to the inflammation.
