Results are presented as (). ORAC and FRAP values are given as mg trolox equivalents per 100 g of flour on a dry weight basis. FIC activities are given as chelation % at 5 mg/ml assay concentration. Within a column, mean values superscripted with different letters are significantly different at while mean values superscripted with the same letter are not significantly different at .
