[Retracted] PD-1 Is an Immune-Inflammatory Potential Biomarker in Cerebrospinal Fluid and Serum of Intractable Epilepsy

Figure 2

(a) The expression level of PD-1 expression on CD4+CD25high Treg lymphocytes of two groups. Patients with intractable epilepsy were significantly higher than the control, and the expression level of the ISE group was significantly higher than that of the PS group. (b) The patients with IE were significantly higher than the control group; the ratio increased with the degree of seizure increased. (c) In the PS group, the relationship between the age of PD-1+CD4+CD25low T cells and the percentage of CD4+ T cells (P2) was correlated with the age in peripheral blood. Age increased and expression decreased. (d) IL-10 levels in the PS group and the ISE group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the ISE group was significantly higher than the PS group. (e) IL-6 levels in the PS group and the ISE group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the ISE group and the PS group.
