Effect and Mechanism of <i>Mycobacterium tuberculosis</i> Lipoprotein LpqH in NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation in Mouse Ana-1 Macrophage

<div>Effect of LpqH on the secretion of IL-1<i>β</i> and LDH by Ana-1 macrophages. Cells were first primed by LPS and then were grouped into different groups, including the negative control group, or treated with LpqH (0.1 <i>μ</i>g/mL, 0.5 <i>μ</i>g/mL, and 1.0 <i>μ</i>g/mL) for 2 h, and treated with LpqH 1.0 <i>μ</i>g/mL and 50 mM KCl or 5 <i>μ</i>M ATP for 2 h.
