Effects of 0.4 mT ELF-MF exposure on γH2AX protein expression in different cells. (a) The positive groups treated with 1 μM 4NQO induced a significant increase in γH2AX protein expression. (b) The cells were exposed to 0.4 mT ELF-MF for 15 min, 1 h, and 24 h. The expression of γH2AX was determined by western blot. H2AX was used as a loading control.
