Aprepitant Promotes Caspase-Dependent Apoptotic Cell Death and G2/M Arrest through PI3K/Akt/NF-<i>κ</i>B Axis in Cancer Stem-Like Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Spheres

<div>Investigating the effect of aprepitant on cell growth and metabolic activity of ESCC cell spheres. Incubation of the cells with increasing concentrations of aprepitant (0–120 <i>μ</i>M) for 24 and 48 h reduced the cell viability and metabolic activity in a dose- and time-dependent manner.</div>
