Inhibitory Activity of Pyrroloisoxazolidine Derivatives against <i>Chlamydia trachomatis</i>

<div>Withdrawal assay. (a) HeLa cells infected with <i>C. trachomatis</i> L2 were simultaneously treated with 2, 8, or 32 <i>μ</i>M individual compound. The compound was removed at 2, 12, 24, or 36 hpi, and the production of progeny EBs was determined at 36 hpi. (b–d) Percent inhibition of progeny EBs was calculated based on data in compound-treated samples relative to DMSO-treated control.
