Representative pictures of clinical findings of psoriatic nail with fungal infection. Culture and microscopic identification from specimens collected from the distal part of psoriatic nail were also demonstrated. The fungi were inoculated onto the Chromogenic Candida Agar (a–d) and the Sabouraud dextrose agar with chloramphenicol (e) and inoculated at 30°C for 4 weeks.
