Potential Role of GST-<i>π</i> in Lung Cancer Stem Cell Cisplatin Resistance

<div>A549 cells and A549 cell spheres were treated with normal saline and DDP. The cells were divided into four groups: (i) control A549 cells, (ii) control A549 spheres, (iii) DDP-treated A549 cells, and (iv) DDP-treatment A549 cell spheres. (a) Cells were stained with an Annexin V/PI apoptosis kit, and the rate of apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry. (b) Percentage of A549 cells and A549 sphere cells undergoing apoptosis following different treatments.
