Potential Role of GST-<i>π</i> in Lung Cancer Stem Cell Cisplatin Resistance

<div>A549 cells and A549 cell spheres were treated with normal saline and DDP. The cells were divided into four groups: (i) control A549 cells, (ii) control A549 spheres, (iii) DDP-treated A549 cells, and (iv) DDP-treatment A549 cell spheres. (a) ROS levels of A549 cells and A549 cell spheres exposed to different treatments were detected by an ROS Assay kit, and the concentration was determined by flow cytometry.
