miR-942-5p downregulation inhibited CRC cell proliferation, invasion, and migration via targeting CCBE1. HCT116 cells were cotransfected with the miR-942-5p and/or si-CCBE1 for 48 h. (a) Western blot was used to analyze the proteins levels of CCBE1. (b) The CCK-8 was used to evaluate the cell viability of HCT116 cells. . (c) Transwell assay was used to evaluate the invasive ability of CRC cells. . (d) Wound-healing assay was used to evaluate the cell migration capacities. . (e) The protein levels of N-cadherin, E-cadherin, and vimentin were determined by Western blot assays.
