Edible Vitalmelon Fruit Extract Inhibits Adipogenesis and Ameliorates High-Fat Diet-Induced Obesity

<div>Serum insulin, leptin, and adiponectin levels in C57BL/6 mice receiving different diets. Obesity was induced with a high-fat diet and different concentrations of VW extract (1 and 25 mg·kg<sup>-1</sup> BW) in C57BL/6 mice. After treatment with VW extract for 70 days, the plasma was extracted from the blood of the mice and analyzed. The mice received a normal diet (control), HFD, HFD+10 mg·kg<sup>-1</sup> body weight orlistat (HO10), HFD+1 mg·kg<sup>-1</sup> body weight VW extract (VW01), or HFD+25 mg·kg<sup>-1</sup> body weight
