Mice were fed a control diet (control, 10 kcal% fat), a high-fat diet (HFD), HFD+10 mg·kg^-1 body weight orlistat (HO10), HFD+1 mg·kg^-1 body weight vitalmelon aqueous extract (VW01), or HFD+25 mg·kg^-1 body weight VW extract (VW25).
