Baicalin Mitigates the Neuroinflammation through the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB and MAPK Pathways in LPS-Stimulated BV-2 Microglia
Figure 3
BA inhibits the expression of iNOS and COX-2 in LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglia. The effects of BA on the expression of iNOS (a, b) and COX-2 (c, d) in LPS-stimulated in BV-2 cells. BV-2 cells were incubated for 1 h in the presence of the indicated concentrations of BA (2.5-22.5 μM). Then, the cells were stimulated with or without LPS (0.1 μg/mL) for 12 h. After stimulation, proteins were extracted and analyzed by Western blot. Results were obtained from three independent experiments performed in triplicate, and values are (). ### vs. control and and vs. LPS-treated cells.
