Effects of BA on NF-κB pathway in LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglia. The expression levels of IκBα (a, b), p-IκBα (c, d), and NF-κB P65 (e, f) were analyzed by Western blot. BV-2 was incubated with BA (2.5-22.5 μM) for 1 h before being stimulated with 0.1 μg/mL LPS for different times (15 min for IκBα and P-IκBα and 1 h for NF-κB p65).
