Long Noncoding RNA LEMD1-AS1 Increases LEMD1 Expression and Activates PI3K-AKT Pathway to Promote Metastasis in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

<div>LEMD1-AS1 stabilized LEMD1 mRNA. (a) RNase protected assay indicated that the LEMD1-AS1 could protect OL region of LEMD1 from being depleted by RNase. (b) LEMD1-A1-overexpressing OSC3 cells were treated with 50 <i>μ</i>M <i>α</i>-amanitin, and the LEMD mRNAs were detected by qPCR. High levels of LEMD1-AS1 increased the stability of LEMD1 mRNA compared to that in control cells. 18sRNA was applied as an internal control.</div>
