The titration of BSA (20-200 μM) with Ellman’s reagent (85 μM). The expected deviation from linear behaviour at high concentration of unchromatographed commercial BSA (>160 μM) is evident. An intercept is found which is consistent with residual absorbance by BSA at 412 nm.
