Maackiain Prevents Amyloid-Beta–Induced Cellular Injury via Priming PKC-Nrf2 Pathway

<div>Effects of Nrf2 siRNA and calphostin C on oxidative stress. (a) Prior to treatment with 100 <i>μ</i>M Maackiain, PC12 cells were transfected with Nrf2 siRNA or incubated with calphostin C for 1 hour and then exposed to A<i>β</i><sub>42</sub>. (a) MMP value was evaluated by rhodamine 123 staining.
