Long Noncoding RNA LINC01554 Inhibits the Progression of NSCLC Progression by Functioning as a ceRNA for miR-1267 and Regulating ING3/Akt/mTOR Pathway

<div>LINC01554 overexpression suppressed NSCLC cell proliferation. (a) The relative expression of LINC01554 in NSCLC cell lines and normal human bronchial epithelial cell lines was verified via RT-qPCR. (b) pcDNA3.1-LINC01554, the empty pcDNA3.1 vector, si-NC, and si-LINC01554 were transfected in H23, H1299, and NCI-H520 cells, and the transfection efficiency was determined via RT-qPCR.
