Long Noncoding RNA LINC01554 Inhibits the Progression of NSCLC Progression by Functioning as a ceRNA for miR-1267 and Regulating ING3/Akt/mTOR Pathway

<div>miR-1267 overexpression reversed the LINC01554 upregulation–induced tumour-suppressive effects on NSCLC cells. (a) The vitality of H23 and H1299 cells was tested via the MTT assay. (b) Cell migration was detected and quantitated via the wound healing assay in H23 and H1299 cells. (c) Cell invasion was tested and quantitated via the transwell assay in H23 and H1299 cells.
