Antioxidant Activity and Inhibitory Effects of Black Rice Leaf on the Proliferation of Human Carcinoma Cells

<div>The effect of subfraction 5 (Sub5) induced the number of cells in Sub-G1 on HepG2 cells. Propidium iodide (PI) staining with flow cytometry was used to determine the cell-cycle distributions. The cells were treated with Sub5 (0 to 400 <i>μ</i>g/mL) or 5-FU (25 <i>μ</i>g/mL) for 24 h (a) and 48 h (b).
