LINC02273 Promotes Hepatocellular Carcinoma Progression via Retaining <i>β</i>-Catenin in the Nucleus to Augment Wnt Signaling

<div>LINC02273 knockdown led to decreased nuclear <i>β</i>-catenin accumulation and suppressed downstream gene expression. (a) <i>β</i>-Catenin transcription activity was determined by the TOP/FOP reporter system, with the signal of each cell line normalized to the corresponding NT group. (b) WB of <i>β</i>-catenin and p84 in fractioned nuclear protein, with p84 as the loading control. (c) The expression of <i>β</i>-catenin downstream genes (c-Myc, Cyclin D1, Survivin, MMP-7, and COX-2) was determined by qRT-PCR and normalized to the corresponding NT group. <span class="nowrap"><svg
