DOK5 as a Prognostic Biomarker of Gastric Cancer Immunoinvasion: A Bioinformatics Analysis

<div>GSEA analysis, GO, and KEGG enrichment analyses of <i>DOK5</i> (differentially expressed genes). GO: Gene Ontology; KEGG: Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes. Verification of upregulation of DOK5 in GC by qRT-PCR. A combined enrichment plot has been provided with the analysis of the enrichment of the gene series, including the enrichment fraction and gene series (it is mainly immune-related pathway) (a).
