1,25(OH)₂D₃ downregulates the Aβ42-induced expression of TLR4 and TLR2 in HMO6 cells. Cells were treated with or without 1 μM 1,25(OH)₂D₃ in the presence of 100 nM Aβ42 at 37°C for 24 h.
