<div>Effects of allopurinol on cell number and viability in the M5-HaCaT model of psoriasis. Cells were treated with allopurinol (Allo, 0.5 or 3 mM), oxypurinol (Oxy, 0.5 or 3 mM), methotrexate (MTX, 1 <i>μ</i>M), or vehicle control (0.1 N NaOH) for 48 or 72 hours.
