The immunofluorescent analysis of binase internalization into BT-20 cells. The cells were grown on glass coverslips, treated with EGF (100 ng/mL) for 24 h and/or binase (100 μg/mL) for 15 min, and fixed and stained with the primary rabbit anti-binase antibodies followed by the secondary antibodies conjugated to Alexa Fluor 555 (binase, green).
