<div>Vertex-based thickness analysis demonstrated bilateral thinner cortices in the lateral occipital gyrus, entorhinal cortex, temporal pole, and cingulate cortex in MCI converters from 1 year before they progressed to AD, where the entorhinal cortex presented the most severe shrinkage.</div>
