TMT-induced acute and chronic changes in the novel object recognition test in WT mice and Ar+/- mice. WT mice showed shorter time spent in exploring the novel object (a) and lower discrimination index (b) 24 h after TMT exposure, particularly in females, while the Ar+/- mice showed genotype-specific impairment of preference to novel object 24 h after TMT exposure (c, d).
