Differential Expression of Matrix Metalloproteases in Human Fibroblasts with Different Origins

<table>Characterization of primary human fibroblasts. Cells were obtained by outgrowth form tissue samples from heart, skin, and lung. They were stained with antibody directed against vimentin, desmin, CD31, and P4HB. They show positive staining for vimentin and P4HB and were therefore characterized as fibroblasts.</table>
