Isolation, Extraction, Purification, and Molecular Characterization for Thermostable <i>α</i>-Amylase from Locally Isolated <i>Bacillus</i> Species in Sudan

<div>Phylogenetic tree based on partial sequence of 16S ribosomal RNA gene for Sample S2 (highlighted yellow color) showed that the amylase-producing bacteria was <i>Bacillus cereus</i> based on the first five identities and phylogenic analysis showed also proximity to <i>Bacillus thuringiensis</i>.</div>
