Figure 1 shows the precision, expressed as the percentage coefficient of variation, for each of the four amplicons in the positive controls, per instrument. The values are based on the repeatability both within and between the two replicate runs for amplicon size. Note: the NOS data consists of the combined NOS terminator/CaMV 35S promoter complex.
