Development of a Scheme and Tools to Construct a Standard Moth Brain for Neural Network Simulations

<table>Registration process of SWC data in the standard brain. The neuron morphological model file is obtained by tracing using KNEWRiTE. The LSM image of the brain including the stained neuron is registered by image registration using a nonrigid transform to the standard brain. Our newly developed ImageJ plugin, NeuroRegister, generates a registered SWC file by applying the same transform as for image registration to the data in the SWC file.</table>
