(e) Mutual consistency: missing existing branches and detecting nonexistent branches. (f) Discrepancy of diameters: discrepancy of diameters between neuron and extracted model. (g) Error of simulation: difference between neuron and extracted model in passive model simulation. (h) Extraction time: time required for extraction. Automatic extraction, which took less than 1 min for each case using conventional PC hardware, is not shown in this graph. The Tukey multiple-comparison test examined differences among groups.
