A log-normal distribution of interindividual random variability was assumed. Residual random variability was modeled using constant CV error model. Nonparametric bootstrap analysis was repeated 1000 times. RSE: relative standard error = SE/mean × 100 (%). LBM: lean body mass calculated using the Janmahasatian formula [29], WT: body weight, : central volume of distribution (), : rapid peripheral , : slow peripheral , Cl: metabolic clearance, : intercompartmental clearance between central and rapid peripheral compartments, and : intercompartmental clearance between central and slow peripheral compartments.
