Decreased Breg/Th17 Ratio Improved the Prognosis of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

<div>The differences in the cell counts and related cytokine levels between ulcerative colitis patients in remission and nonremission after treatment were analyzed with flow cytometry and ELISA. (a) Gating criteria to define the CD24<sup>+</sup>CD27<sup>+</sup>CD38<sup>+</sup>IL-10<sup>+</sup> Breg cell population in the remission group and nonremission group.
