A signaling network was constructed by IPA core analysis from the MetS-FL miR trio, the eleven common miR targets of MetS-FL miRs, ZO1, and OCLN. Using Pathway Designer (IPA), miR-890 and miR-190 were added to the network based on present data (Figure 1) and literature [32].
