Long Noncoding RNA GATA3-AS1 Promotes Cell Proliferation and Metastasis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma by Suppression of PTEN, CDKN1A, and TP53

<div>GATA3-AS1 knockdown inhibits cell proliferation in Hep3B and HCCLM3 cells. (a, b) Hep3B and HCCLM3 cells were transfected with GATA3-AS1 siRNA, and control siRNA was used as a negative control. GATA3-AS1 expression levels were analyzed after 48 h of transfection by RT-qPCR.
