The levels of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC3) (a), beclin-1 (b), and p62 (c) proteins in the liver tissues were measured by Western blotting. LC3 expression was normalized by calculating LC3 conversion as the ratio of LC3-II/LC3-I expression.
