Effectiveness of Conservative Treatment without Early Colonoscopy in Patients with Colonic Diverticular Hemorrhage

In case with both shock and extravasation on contrastenhanced computed tomography, early colonoscopy was performed. However, in case of uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock after initial treatment with fluid resuscitation, interventional radiology was considered for hemostasis. In other cases, conservative treatment with fasting and fluid administration was conducted.
