From 4 hours and day 1 to day 4, a decrease in the tumor blood vessels and an increase on day 7 and 14 were observed in the M410 treated group (the first line). However, there was no such change in the control group; tumor blood vessels were abundant at all time points in the saline-treated group (the second line).
