A comparison of (H) and (G) samples in terms of 4 secondary structures to achieve 95% inhibition of insulin aggregation. The number of molecules of 4 secondary structures required to achieve 95% inhibition was compared for (H) and (G) samples and the total number of molecules (mass balance) compared with the theoretical number of molecules expected by Native-PAGE and the amount used for assay.
