Transcriptional Profile of Helicobacter pylori Virulence Genes in Patients with Gastritis and Gastric Cancer

Table 7

The combined cDNA detected in gastric antral biopsy samples. Some samples had single cDNA that we did not mention. These findings were collected of 23 and 11 gastric antral biopsies in gastritis and gastric cancer samples with H. pylori infection, respectively. There were no significant correlations between H. pylori virulence genes’ cDNA combinations and clinical outcomes ().
