CAAC blunted the levels of ROS and MDA and increased those of SOD and GSH-Px in the skeletal muscle tissue of FST model rats. (a–d) The effects of CAAC on the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the skeletal muscle tissue of FST model rats were detected by ELISA.
