Results of Gd3+-dendrimer G2-asparagine MTT assay on HEK-293 normal kidney cells and HT29 cancer cells. The results demonstrated a significant toxicity for nanoconjugate on HT29 cancer cell line whereas nonsignificant toxicity was observed on HEK293 cells versus control group (100% cell viable data not shown).
