Cytotoxicity of HANP/HCPT. The toxicity of free HCPT and HANP/HCPT was investigated on five different cancer cell lines including MDA-MB-435, MDA-MB-231, HT29, A549, and HepG2. The IC50 was calculated to be 60 nM, 55 nM, 80 nM, 7 μM, and 8 μM, respectively.
