The biodistribution of ²⁰¹Tl doped PBNPs in (a) intestines (square) and liver (diamond), (b) kidneys (square); (c) salivary glands (square) and heart (diamond); and (d) lungs (diamond) in 2, 24, 48, and 72 hours after injection. Brain uptake constantly remained under the threshold level. The mice were under isoflurane anesthesia during the 30 minutes long SPECT scans. The injected activity was 21.07 ± 2.38 MBq.
